My boss has asked me to buy his lottery tickets while he is away on business. I was wondering what would happen if the ticket won the jackpot. Would I hand over the ticket to him even though I had paid for it, or would I do a runner and keep the money myself?

If I were you I would give the winnings to my boss even if I had paid for the ticket.
It was his luck that won the Lottery.
Even if he didn't win I would still be paid by my boss for the ticket.
