
1. Remove the lamb from the freezer.
2. Put it in the microwave and defrost for 30 minutes.
3. Take peas, carrots and broccoli from the fridge and wash them. Chop the carrots and broccoli.
4. Boil water in a saucepan and put a vegetable steamer on top. Steam the vegetables for 5 minutes.
5. To make a sauce for the lamb mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil, one teaspoon of chilli powder, one teaspoon of dried mint and one teaspoon of thyme.
6. Mix the lamb and spices in a saucepan and cook on a medium heat for one hour.
7. Put the lamb mixture into a baking tray and cook in the oven at 200ÂșC for 30 minutes.
8. Put the steamed vegetables on a big dish and serve with chilli powder and salt.
9. Add the lamb.
