Pilaf

For Pilaf you will need rice, beef, oil, onions and chilli pepper.
1. Cut the beef into small cubes.
2. Put the beef into frying pan a teaspoon of salt and chilli pepper.
3. Fry for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Put a little oil in a pan and heat for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add 2 cups of rice and fry.
6. When the rice becomes pink add the fried beef and 4 cups of water.
7. When the water has boiled away turn down the heat, close the saucepan and wait for 10-20 minutes.
8. The dish is now ready to serve with Master Chef Ferda's Special Grilled Lamb.
