Romanian Floods

If we had $10 billion we would set up a fund for Romanian flood victims. Every spring there are floods.
We would rebuild houses and try to move villages to safer areas.
We will need many things:
--clothes
--food
--water!!
--blankets
We would also exchange techniques with other countries in the same situation like Bangladesh.
With global warming this will get worse.
